Terms of Service.

By using flierattireshop.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Flier Attire ships limited drops. Each drop has a fixed number of units stated on the product page. Once stock sells out, the drop is closed. We may release future drops with different colorways, inventory levels, or pricing.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or inventory errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors before shipment.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we ship the product. Until then, we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, an inventory error, or a violation of these terms).

Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provided for the total amount of your order. Stripe's terms apply to that processing.

All content on flierattireshop.com, including the Flier Attire name, logos, product designs, photography, and copy, is owned by Flier Attire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially use any content without our written permission.

If you tag Flier Attire on social media or otherwise submit photos and content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and republish that content with attribution as part of our marketing.

The site and products are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Defective product claims are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flier Attire's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may update these terms over time. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
